- Getting up early in morning: Never underestimate the power of getting up early in the morning. The early hours 04:30- 05:00am are the most productive and maximum effective hours of the day, you get sufficient time to start your day. You are in no rush to immediately start your day. Don’t miss to grasp this fresh air in the morning. Make it a habit of getting up early in the morning, do not follow this routine irregularly.
- Organic Eating: Well you might think sticking to organic eating would be so monotonous but let me tell you it’s not that hard, yes actually it’s not that boring. How to make turmeric tea:
i) Boil 1- 2 cups of water on the stove
ii) Once the water is boiled add a pinch of turmeric into the water
iii) Stir the water for 10 minutes till the turmeric gets completely dissolved in the water
iv) Now add some natural sweetener “honey” to it or you can even squeeze some lemon to it.
- Set aside some time for workout: Exercising for 30 minutes a day is a doable task for everyone. One can always try to spare time for such healthy and solid activities especially if you have to bear with your tyrant boss throughout the day then exercising is something you actually need. Workouts stimulate a chemical called “endorphin” which leaves you feeling happier and more relaxed.
- Intake of sufficient amount of water: Have plenty of water. Don’t wait till you are thirsty. Never forget to carry a bottle of water with yourself no matter where you go. Cut down on your caffeine intake. If you have trouble remembering the intake of water, start drinking at the beginning of every hour, a solution that works for you.

Skin makes new collagen when you sleep, which prevents sagging. If you are sleeping less than six hours then try to increase your sleep hours and you’ll see the magic in two-three weeks. Stop being so hard on yourself.
